Busy Raleigh Chiropractor is seeking: A friendly, outgoing, detail crazy, family oriented Office Manager who has a passion for health and loves kids! The Practice: Our office is a busy, growing prenatal, pediatric and family wellness practice in Raleigh, NC. We are a team of fun, committed, compassionate people who understand that a nervous system that is connected and free of interference will allow kids and families to live to their full potential. Position Duties include but are not limited to: Greet every patient with a smile, control and manage office flow, Answer phones, book and reschedule appointments, help patients stay consistent with their care plans, collect payments, filing, stock supplies, reminder calls, texts and emails, organizing and prepping front office, create documents with Microsoft office, posting on social media and blog, assisting with marketing events, assisting with patient care and patient scanning, and open/closing of the office. Hours and Compensation: *Approximately 35-40 hours per week. *Occasional weekend/evening marketing events required *These hours include team meetings and training *Travel 1-2 times per year out of state for training event *Hourly compensation depends on talent and qualifications.
