Responsibilities:- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, utilizing office systems- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical administrative support- Assist with patient service, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns- Perform front desk duties, – Collaborate with the chiropractor to provide exceptional patient care and support Requirements:-Excellent organizational skills and time management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members -Ability to work independently or as part of a team – Ability to flexibly respond to changing demands.- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Bilingual is required Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
