We are currently seeking a bilingual Front Desk and Back Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. Job Description:As a Front Desk and Back Office Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our chiropractic clinic. Your primary responsibilities will include providing outstanding customer service to our Spanish-speaking patients, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with back-office duties to support our healthcare professionals. Responsibilities: Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner, both in English and Spanish. Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently. Verify patient insurance information and process payments accurately. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Assist chiropractors with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, managing patient charts, and providing therapies for the patients Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a seamless patient experience. Keep the front desk area clean and organized at all times. Provide support in translating documents or instructions from English to Spanish and vice versa. Assist with billing and coding tasks as needed. Requirements: Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential. Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic office is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Compassionate and empathetic demeanor towards patients. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus.
