Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Spanish & English speaking Chiropractic Receptionist to join our team. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our chiropractic office. This position requires knowledge of medical receptionist duties, front desk operations, and familiarity with medical terminology. Responsibilities: – Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor – Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our electronic medical scheduling system – Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary co-pays or fees – Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information – Assist the chiropractor with patient examinations and treatments as needed – Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns – Manage the flow of patients in the waiting area to ensure timely appointments – Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and treatment rooms – Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy Qualifications: – Previous experience as a medical receptionist, dental receptionist, or in a similar role is preferred – Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple calls simultaneously – Familiarity with medical terminology is helpful – Strong organizational skills with attention to detail – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Note: Please do not include any contact information such as email or phone number.
