We are seeking an experienced CA, MA, or Front Desk Associate with a minimum of 1 year experience in a medical office, Chiropractic experience is preferable. Duties for this position include but are not limited to: Ensure that the office is opened and completely prepared for patients to arrive Greet patients and answer the phones in a kind and friendly manner Serve patients to the best of our ability Gather vital statistics for new patient examinations Know when to delegate patient questions to doctors, management, or billing Organize, File, and Protect patient information Ensure that patients are checked in and roomed with the appropriate doctor in a timely manner Complete the patientxe2x80x99s fee slip so that they can be checked out with greater accuracy Collect patient payment in a courteous manner Schedule and reschedule patient appointments Post patient charges and payment accurately Administer therapeutic modalities such as laser therapy, e-stim, and ultrasound therapy as directed by the Doctor’ Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 xe2x80x93 35 per week Benefits: Employee discount Schedule: 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday No weekends Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred) Chiropractic: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
