As a Chiropractic Assistant at Oasis Chiropractic and Wellness Center, you will be integral to providing technical support to the chiropractor, managing front desk check-out procedures, and assisting with patient education. This role requires a deep understanding of chiropractic procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality patient care. Responsibilities: Assisting the Chiropractor with Technical Work: Support the chiropractor in administering progress scans, ensuring equipment is properly set up and functioning. Progress Scans: Conduct progress scans on patients as directed by the chiropractor, accurately documenting findings. Patient Education: Educate patients on chiropractic principles, exercises, and at-home care as prescribed by the chiropractor. Taking X-Rays: Safely and accurately perform x-rays on patients, ensuring proper positioning and adherence to radiation safety protocols. Teaching Rehabilitation: Instruct and guide patients through rehabilitation exercises prescribed by the chiropractor, ensuring proper form and technique. Front Desk Check-Out: Manage the front desk check-out process, including scheduling follow-up appointments, collecting payments, and providing necessary information to patients. Scheduling and Coordination: Assist in scheduling patient appointments and coordinating with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow. Patient Record Management: Accurately update and maintain patient records, documenting all relevant information.
