Responsibilities: Assistants will assist the Chiropractor in running the office and assisting with patient care Assistant answer the phones and schedule appointments at the front desk Greet patient and escort patient into therapy room Preparing both patients and therapy equipments as necessary Create documentations for new patients and scheduling all patients for future appointments Keep track of inventory Answer the phone at the clinic Describe products available for purchase at the clinic and process payment for the same Collecting and recording patients’ personal and medical information Keep patient files up to date and enter appropriate charges and process payment Keep the clinic tidy and well kept Requirements: Fluent in English Minimum 1 year of customer service or receptionist experience required Individuals must also be outgoing and friendly, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently Proficient communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Intermediate bilingual in Vietnamese and/or Mandarin Hours and Pay: Monday 9am-12pm, lunch break, 2pm-5pm Wednesday 9am-12pm, lunch break, 2pm-5pm Friday 9am-12pm, lunch break, 2pm-5pm Saturday 9am-12:30pm $16-$17/hour Notes: This is a part-time role On-site training will be provided Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.50 per hour Benefits: Free parking Healthcare setting: Clinic Private practice Medical specialties: Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine Schedule: Afternoon shift Morning shift Weekends as needed Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
