Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and organized Chiropractic Receptionist to join our team. As a receptionist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and exceptional customer service to patients in a chiropractic office setting. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and maintaining a positive patient experience. Duties:- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring accurate completion of necessary paperwork- Schedule appointments- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to patients- Verify insurance coverage and process patient payments- Maintain patient records and update information as needed- Assist with billing and coding tasks as required- Collaborate with the chiropractor to ensure efficient patient flow- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality- Utilize office management systems such as Eclipse Requirements:- Preferred experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar administrative role – Bilingual preferred- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, record keeping, and billing purposes- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
