We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Clinic Supervisor for our fast-paced Chiropractic Wellness Center. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a busy environment and has experience managing a team in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities: – Oversee daily operations of the front desk, including scheduling, billing, and patient check-in/check-out – Manage a team of receptionists and/or chiropractic assistants, providing guidance, training, and support as needed – Ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations and other legal requirements – Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic medical records system – Respond to patient inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner – Assist with marketing efforts, including social media management and event planning – Work closely with the chiropractor and other healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care Qualifications: – High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred – 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a supervisory role – Strong leadership and communication skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems – Ability to multitask and work well under pressure – Knowledge of chiropractic care and wellness practices a plus We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
