The ideal candidate will have experience in medical administrative support and excellent customer service skills, with the ability to multi-task. Chriopractic Assistant license is a plus, but not required. We will provide training to anyone interested. **Responsibilities:** – Check-in/out patients in a friendly and professional manner – Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries – Verify insurance information and collect co-pays – Maintain electronic medical records and confidentiality – Coordinate patient flow within the clinic setting – Provide administrative support to chiropractors/acupuncturists/massage therapists as needed **Requirements:** – Previous experience in a medical receptionist or front desk role preferred – Knowledge of medical terminology and clinic operations – Proficiency in using office software and electronic health record systems – Strong communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare setting, interacting with patients and supporting medical staff.
