Fast passed growing Physical Therapy office is looking for a kind and compassionate individual who wants to grow and thrive with our company. We are a physical therapy office who works with personal injury patients. Meaning patients that have been in a car accident. About 60% of our patients are Spanish speaking we do require a Spanish speaker. Our practice is referral based we work on maintaining relationships with the chiropractors, attorneys and other medical providers that refer their patients to our office. We are looking for a happy, enthusiastic and hard working personality that thrives in building relationships. The job responsibilities will be to call and schedule patients. Email providers, attorneys. Confirm appointments, reschedule cancel and no show appointments. Patient interaction will be a big part of the job. You will also help interpret for our provider and help them through some of the physical therapy exercises. Being a team player will be essential. This position is Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00AM – 4:00PM and Tuesday, Thursday 9:00AM – 7:00PM. If you are a student please make sure you can work this schedule.
