Job Overview:We are seeking a highly organized, motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the primary point of contact for our Chiropractic practice, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to help others in an health care setting, have excellent communication skills and be proficient in computer applications. Duties:- Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.- Answer phone calls and respond to text messages.- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple Chiropractors.- Coordinate projects and events as assigned.- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient concerns.- Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming reception area. Experience:- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively and take those tasks to completion.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a cohesive team.
