We are looking for a Front Office Coordinator to join our amazing team in a multi-doctor chiropractic office! You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the chiropractic clinic. You will ensure patients receive a heartwarming welcome and support our Chiropractors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. You should combine a friendly personality with a dynamic professional attitude, while streamlining office operations. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner. Our ideal candidate is motivated, highly-organized, energetic and can multi-task. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our front desk provides professional and friendly service to our patients and execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the office Ensure front desk and reception area is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and informative leaflets) Assist with front desk and operational activities in the office Answer the phone, schedule appointments, assist patients with completion of forms and answering questions Work-closely and coordinate with other support staff, assist doctors as necessary Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing Prepare and clean treatment rooms Interview patients and document medical history Update and file medical records and insurance reports Skills Positive customer service attitude. Excellent ability to communicate Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining friendliness Excellent telephone voice and manners Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word and patient management software Excellent written, verbal communication and people skills Problem-solving and organizational skills Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work High School diploma; Proven work experience as a Front Desk Coordinator or similar role a plus, but not a deal-breaker; additional certification is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift No nights Language: Spanish (Preferred) Work Location: In person
