As a front desk receptionist, you will assist patients with account registration, information requests, and payment for services. This clinic remains busy treating the military members of our community, so we are seeking a team member that strives for excellence and thrives in a busy environment. As a receptionist, your typical day may include: Greeting patients upon arrival & checking patients in to see the Chiropractor Presenting and selling memberships and visit packages Educating patients on the best membership options for their needs Answering phone calls and completing sales calls Resolving any patient issues or concerns Looking for ways to achieve sales and clinic goals and addressing those with other coordinators and doctors Light cleaning to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace Managing files and ensuring thorough documentation in patient accounts Participating in local marketing promotions and social media engagement Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members. Participating in bi-monthly team calls to stay updated on current goals and strategies Attending virtual corporate trainings to stay updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
