Specifically, our experienced receptionist can: Answer the phone while booking client spa appointments over the phone utilizing either voice, text or online booking software. Must have above average computer skills and ability to work with multiple platforms. Checking clients in as they arrive. Cashing clients out from their services and/or their product purchases as they leave. Being sure to rebook them as well. Rooming clients to prepare them for exemplary services and room turn over to prepare for each and every treatment service based on our award winning protocol and highest standards. Responsible for laundry, keeping shelves stocked with products, inventory and spa necessities and other miscellaneous retail items. Strives to ensure that each and every guest is relaxed and satisfied with their organic experience. Fully explains the benefits of the services performed and offers relevant home care recommendations. Has the ability to cross sell other Honey Bunz services and natural and organic products. As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionistxe2x80x99s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the Bunz. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and answering texts and phone calls. To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality and a calm demeanor as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus. Ultimately, a Receptionistxe2x80x99s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, politely and warmly while executing all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive Direct guests to the appropriate location and relaxation experience Answer and screen incoming phone calls Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures) Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email/text Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries Keep inventory of stock Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning Skills Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers) Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer service positive attitude High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus Must be friendly, personable, reliable, punctual, self motivated and have your own means of transportation. MUST have previous spa or medical office (doctor, dentist, chiropractor) experience. Must have knowledge of a booking software or willingness to learn quickly.
